SHIPPING

 

For items in stock, shipping will occur according to the following time frames for both UK and Overseas orders. If any of your items are marked as 'pre-order,' our team will contact you to provide an estimated dispatch date as indicated on the product listing. If your order includes a mix of stocked items and pre-order items, they will be dispatched together once your pre-order item becomes available. Shipping costs for both UK and Overseas orders will be calculated and shown during checkout, based on the total weight of your order and delivery location.

 

**UK:**

Stocked items will be dispatched within 2 – 3 working days via DPD.

 

**Overseas:**

Stocked items will be dispatched within 2 – 5 working days via DHL Express.

 

RETURNS

 

We accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of purchase, provided that the items are unused and in their original packaging, maintaining a resaleable condition. To initiate a return, please notify us promptly by emailing enquiries@edeneventsgroup.com Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for items purchased more than 14 days ago.

 

Please note that you are responsible for the return postage costs. For higher value returns, we recommend using a tracked service. We cannot be held liable for any loss of returned goods without proof of posting.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you within 48 hours to confirm whether it meets our return criteria and proceed with the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
